Sanakhte(2702-2690 B.C.)
The first ruler of the Third Dynasty. He is said to achieved this by marrying the previous Pharaohs, Khasekhemwy, daughter.
Djoser (2690- 2670 B.C.)
The son of King Khasekhemwy and Queen Nimathap. Djoser engaged in several military conquests as king into the Sinai Peninsula. The expeditions would also search for valuable resources as well like copper and turquoise. His most famous monument is his step pyramid which form would later lead to famous Old Kingdom pyramids.
Huni (2663-2639)
Huni was the father of Hetepheres I, wife of Sneferu, a ruler from the 4th dynasty Huni is also credited with building a step pyramid which was larger than Djoser's. Huni was considered the last ruler of the 3rd dynasty.
